Casa do Teixo is a Luxury detached air-conditioned villa with private pool, located in the popular Meia Praia area only a few kilometres from the beach, Marina and town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and an abundance of restaurants and bars, a perfect villa for the whole family.

The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the lower level of the villa you enter the front door into a hall way this leads off to 3 of the bedrooms, there is the Master suite with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out onto the pool side terrace, the second bedroom has twin beds and also has patio doors leading out to the pool terrace, the 3rd bedroom is a double room and shares the second bathroom with shower which is located in the hall.

The 4th bedroom is located down stairs which is reached by an external door, this room has been made into a separate annex with your choice of a double or a twin bedroom and a full bathroom, the annex has ceiling fans in the bedrooms, these bedrooms are only suitable for use by older teenagers or adults. There is also a large entrance hall with a 2 seater sofa, bookshelf and a TV and DVD player with a USB port if you wish to bring your own films there are also tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge for cold drinks.

The spacious living area of Casa do Teixo is located on the uptsairs on the second level of the villa up the marble staircase, the open plan room has a dining table and seating for 8 people, lounge area with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, IPTV system with UK, BBC and ITV channels, for the sports lovers there is a UK Sport TV package and a DVD player there are 2 patio doors leading out onto a large balcony which overlooks the pool area, there is outside dining furniture for 8 people on the balcony for some al fresco family dining. The kitchen is also located on the second level with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all the usual utensils. There is also a seperate toilet and utility room with washing mashine on this level.

Outside has a lovely large 5 x 10 swimming pool, built in BBQ with seating area and sun loungers for all the family surround the pool.

The villa is situated on the hill above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is only a few minutes drive away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, caf�, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also under a 5 minute drive, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.

Nearest shop: Pingo Doce supermarket is an 8 minute drive away ideal for your �big� shop a smaller shop is situated at the bottom of the hill for daily essentials.
Nearest restaurant: Just 5 minutes away on foot, The seasonal complex Jardim de Meia Praia has an on-site restaurant that is open all day, with a children's menu and play area. In the opposite direction is the Marina de Lagos which hosts a wide array of restaurants specializing in international food.
Nearest beach: The beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia is an 8 minute drive away. Lifeguards are present throughout the summer season and there is a wide variety of restaurants/beach bars that cater for all tastes.
