Casa Chantal is a luxury, contemporary 5 bedroom villa situated close to the Porto do Mos Beach and with easy access to amenities and the town center of Lagos. Furnished to a luxury standard and fully air-conditioned this is a perfect family holiday villa.

There are electric gates onto the drive of Casa Chantal for off street parking. From the front door you walk into the large open plan living area with a dining table and 6 chairs and a lounge area with 2 large sofas. The full length of the living room is glass patio doors letting in an abundance light, these patio doors lead out to the garden and pool area. The lounge has a large 42 inch flat screen TV, free to view IPTV system in this villa with BBC and ITV channels and a DVD player and a CD player.

Off from the dining area there is a contemporary kitchen that has been fully equipped with all modern appliances and white goods, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also an expresso coffee machine and a back door leading out to the BBQ terrace.

Upstairs from the living area there are 3 bedrooms, one is a king size master suite with en-suite shower and a walk in wardrobe, there is also a patio door out to the upstairs terrace. The second room is a twin bedroom and the 3rd is a small double both these rooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, these 2 rooms also have patio doors out to the large terrace all rooms upstairs are air-conditioned.

Downstairs to the lower ground level of the villa there are 2 bedrooms, one room with a king size bed and the second bedroom with twin beds, both of these rooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower, toilet and bidet. This level has one A/C unit that will cool down the whole area if required. There is also a ping pong table on this level. Please note that this level has no external windows but the rooms have been equipped with dropped ceiling daylight lighting.

The outside is lovely with a large 10 x 5 meter private swimming pool some lawned areas to the side and the front of the villa and sun loungers and outside dining for all the family, there is also a built in BBQ for some lovely family al fresco dinners around the pool.

Casa Chantal is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Intermarche) and about a 15 minute walk to the Porto do Mos Beach and about a 15 - 20 minute walk into the town center. Although a car is recommended for getting around.

Lagos is a lovely historic town which still retains is Portuguese charm, with its cobbled streets and town wall. The main center of Lagos is all pedestrianised with an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants and during the summer months there is street markets and entertainment creating a lovely holiday ambiance.

There is also a lovely Marina with cafes, bars and restaurants and lots of boating trips and water sport actives can be organised from here.

Nearest shop: Intermarche is 25 minutes away on foot, it hosts a wide variety of goods including many English brands.
Nearest restaurant: the family friendly and reasonably priced Algarfo is 20 minutes walk away and a little further on Restaurante O Camilo set on the beautiful beach of the same name has a great fish menu.
Nearest beach: Praia do Porto do Mos also hosts 2 lovely beach restaurants it is 25 minutes away on foot.
