Pool heating is an extra £150 per week. Extra person over 2 years is an extra £70 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2yrs £30 per week including a cot, Highchair £15.00 per week. Sunday arrival £50.00 per week.



The Orange Casa has 6 bedrooms but when rented as a 4 bedroom both the lower floor bedrooms get locked leaving the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the twin bedroom on the ground level open for use.

The villa enters into a large entrance hall, to the left of the hall there is a large kitchen, the kitchen is superbly equipped with all modern appliances, there's a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a smoothie maker. There is a marble table seating 6 in the middle of the kitchen.

The living room is located on the ground level of the villa, there is a dining table seating 10 people and 2 large sofas around the 55 inch smart TV where you can access Amazon Prime and Netfilx if you have an account and an IPTV system including all UK channels etc. There are patio doors from the dining area onto a terrace that has a staircase down to the pool area and BBQ.

There is one bedroom located on the ground level with twin beds that can be pushed together or separated at this level in the adjacent hallway there is also a bathroom with a large shower room with WC.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master suite has a super king sized bed, a 32 inch smart TV where you can access Amazon Prime or Netfilx if you have an account and a en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, toilet and bidet, there are also patio doors out to a balcony. The second upstairs bedroom is a twin room with beds that can be pushed together or separated this bedroom also has patio doors out to a balcony. The third and final bedroom on the 1st floor is a double room with a king size bed and once again patio doors leading to a balcony. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower toilet and bidet.

The lower ground level is where the 5th and 6th bedrooms are located, There is a triple room with 3 single divan beds, you can push two of these together with another single in the room for a family room or leave them all separate, then the other bedroom on this level has one single bed. These bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a large walk in shower and WC. There is also a fantastic very large second living area / games room on this level of the villa with several sofas another 55 inch TV with access to Netflix or Amazon prime with your own account, there's also a Bose sound dock, and a newly recovered (2020) pool table, the owner has commissioned a local graffiti artist to paint a mural on the garage door that leads out to the cobbled side of the villa with a few stairs down to the pool area. There is another door to the opposite side of the villa that leads out to the BBQ area that has a large table seating 12 people, there is also a fridge on this level of the villa to store cold drinks and food for use around the pool and BBQ area.

Down a few steps and you’re at the lovely private pool area, the pool is 9 x 4.5 meters and has a waterfall feature and a bubble seat, this can be heated for a small extra charge there is also an electric pool cover. There are 8 sun loungers around the pool and a seating area with an outside sofa and arm chairs for sitting around the pool.

The Orange Casa is situated within 2 - 15 minute walk of 5 supermarkets, the town centre and Marina are about a 15 - 20 minute walk away and taxis are about 5 euros from the centre back to the villa should you not want to walk. There are also several beaches a short drive away or about a 30-40 minute walk from the villa.

There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool area with TP Link discs on all levels to make sure you have good speed throughout (bring your own laptop of mobile device though as there are none provided).

Nearest shop: Aldi is 2 minute walk away. Lidl, Pingo Doce, Continente and Intermarche 5 - 15 minute walk away
Nearest restaurants: Just 5 - 10 minute walk away there are several nearby restaurants catering for all tastes including local Portuguese, Pizza, Piri Piri Chicken, Steak and Sea food restaurants as well as several offering take away services, although in the town centre and marina you are spoilt for choice when it comes to amazing restaurants and bars.
Nearest beaches: The beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia, Piedade, Dona Ana, Camilo are all about a 30-40 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive away. Lifeguards are present throughout the summer season and there is a diverse array of restaurants and water sports.
