Apt Aquarium is excellently located close to the Marina de Lagos and the Meia Praia Beach with its miles of golden sand, beach bars and restaurants. The Aquarium apartments offer a heated inside pool, a steam cubicle and a good size outside pool. The walk to Lagos marina is only a few minutes and the beach is about a 10 minutes walk. This Penthouse apartment is located on the corner and offers stunning views over towards the Meia Praia and the ocean to one side and the town of Lagos on the other, there is a large private roof terrace accessed by stairs located internally in the apartment.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this apartment, the master bedroom has an en-suite with shower, WC and basin and the second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin. The master bedroom has 2 single divan beds made up as either 2 singles or a super king sized bed, the second bedroom also has 2 single divan beds.

The living room is a large and light room with windows on two side of the room and commanding lovely views towards the Meia Praia beach, there is plenty of seating for all the family and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a cable TV system in place with some UK channels available, a DVD player and Wi-Fi through out the apartment.

The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, cooker, dishwasher, hob, and fridge freezer. There are patio doors out from the kitchen to a small utility room with a washing machine available.

The pool area is located from a separate entrance door than the one to the apartment block and offers an outdoor pool, indoor pool heated between November to March and a communal heated Jacuzzi pool, there is also a steam cubicle available for use.

The main feature of this lovely apartment is the roof terrace, up some internal stairs from the entrance hall of the apartment you come up to the roof terrace that has wonderful views over towards the Meia Praia beach and Lagos Marina and town, hard to beat the views in our opinion! There is a dining table and 6 chairs, a BBQ, sun loungers and a rattan sofa and 2 arm chairs on the roof terrace making this a perfect haven for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The apartment is situated only about a 5 minute walk from the Marina de Lagos and the Meia Praia beach is about a 10 minute walk away, from the Marina its only a short walk over to the town centre with its bustling cobbled streets offering an abundance of choice with restaurants and cafes / bars.

The indoor pool is only heated during the winter months and in the summer it is just left to warm naturally, the pools are salt water.

Nearest restaurant: Downstairs from the apartment Restaurante Bom Pecedo is open serving Portuguese food, they always have a great lunchtime deal. For a more varied menu Marina de Lagos is a 5 minute walk away and has a wide selection of restaurants specializing in international cuisine.
Nearest beach: The Meia Praia is about a 10 minute walk away and plays host to beautiful sandy beaches, diverse restaurants and a variety of water sports.
