Included in the price for 10 people is use of an extra 4 pull out sofa beds so the villa can sleep up to 14 people. Cots are £30 per week and £15 per week for a Highchair. Sunday arrivals £50 supplement.

This excellently located end Linked Villa its over 3 stories and can sleep up to 14 people. Its located about a 5 minute walk from Lagos Marina and the Meia Praia beach there are stunning views from the 1st and second floors of the villa, a private pool and garden and off street parking, all rooms are air-conditioned. Perfect family villa for great for larger groups. Wi-Fi provided.

This is a lovely spacious villa, in the best location only within a few minutes to the beach and Marina de Lagos. The views are beautiful and there is plenty of space for everyone. The villa opens into the large entrance hall that leads through to the living area or upstairs.

There are 5 bedrooms in total and lots of sofa beds with proper single mattresses on to accommodate extra people if required, the first bedroom is on the ground floor that has a sofa day bed with a pull out separate single bed so the room can sleep 2 people, its not suitable for young children as there is direct access from the patio doors out to the pool, there is a shower room next door with WC and sink. Also on the ground floor there is the lovely large living area, with a large square dining table to seat 10 - 12 people, 3 sofas and some cubed cushioned stools, 2 of the sofas are also beds that have another single bed under them so it is possible to sleep a couple of people in the living area if required.

The kitchen is the last room on the ground level and is well equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave; there is a coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils crockery and cutlery. Across the hall there is a separate pantry and utility room with the washing machine in.

The stairs to the first floor are located in the entrance hall and on the first floor you have 3 rooms, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, theres a middle adjoining room with more of the single sofa beds that can sleep up to 4 people 2 on the top mattresses and 2 on the bottom pull out single beds, this would be good for kids, then the 3rd room on this floor is the other side of the adjoining room and has a double bed and there is another bathroom with bath and overhead shower, on this level all the rooms have patio doors that open out onto the balcony that has great views, there is also a small kitchenette with a 2 ring electric hob, sink and fridge suitable for making tea and coffee and storing cold drinks.
There is one more floor to this lovely villa and up the next staircase you have another kitchenette at the top with a 2 ring electric hob, sink and fridge. Then you go through to a separate living area on this level with a sofa and chairs, this room leads through to the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and over head shower, there are patio doors out to the terrace that gets stunning views across to the Meia Praia beach and the town.

The outside of the villa has a lovely terrace with a grassed area around the pool, the pool is about 4 x 6 meters, there is a built in BBQ and 8 sun loungers with 2 outside table and chairs for some al fresco dining.
To the side of the villa there is a drive way with enough space for up to 3 cars.

Nearest shop: Pingo Doce is a 20 minute walk away/8 minutes by car, it a large supermarket ideal for that first 'shop'.

Nearest restaurant: Across from this beautifully situated villa is the beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia that hosts a varied selection of restaurants suitable for all tastes.
Nearest beach: The Meia Praia is supervised throughout the summer season and there is a variety of water sports available.
