Casa Luisa is a superb holiday villa, NEWLY RENOVATED in 2019, this villa is located in the popular area of Montinhos da Luz, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi, all the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor of the villa, 3 of them are off from the main entrance hall and the 4th bedroom has a corridor leading from the house through the garage room that has the ping pong inside and there is an adjoining door through to the 4th bedroom with patio doors out to the pool terrace, the 4 bedroom would be suited to adults or older children, This villa is perfect for a family holiday to suit all ages, the private pool is surrounded by garden and terraces and can be heated for a small extra charge.

Casa Luisa has a gated entrance that leads up the driveway to the front of the house, from the front door you enter into a large entrance hall that leads to 3 of the 4 bedrooms all with air-conditioning, all the bedrooms have twin divan beds but the master is always made up as a super king bed, this bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom (if needed as a twin bedroom it must be requested) the other 2 bedrooms are made as twin bedrooms and they share another bathroom located in the hall, all the bathrooms are newly refurbished in a contemporary design and have patio doors out to the garden and pool area. The 4th bedroom is located down an adjoining corridor that’s that goes through to the garage room with a ping pong table then another door leads through the 4th bedroom with a shower room en-suite, both the garage room and the bedroom in this area have double patio doors that lead out to the terrace and the pool, this is a room suited to adults or older children,

The spiral marble staircase leads up to the living area of the villa, the living room is newly refurbished and opened up to make a lovely large lounge and dining area, with windows on both sides of the room it’s a lovely light and airy living space on very warm days there is air-conditioning in this room also, there is an L shaped sofa and an easy chair in the lounge area and a flat screen TV with an IPTV system with UK television. A large extendable dining table and 8 chairs for all the family.

The kitchen is also on the 1st level of the villa off from the living area, the kitchen is in a contemporary design with granite work services and all modern appliances and utensils, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a door leading out to the top terrace from the kitchen where there is outdoor dining table and chairs for some alfresco dining.

The outside of Casa Luisa has a lovely well maintained and mature garden with a great grassed area for the children to play and terraces with sun loungers surrounding the pool, the pool is kidney shaped and can be heated for a small extra charge. There is a built in BBQ area and a lovely large patio with outside ding table and chairs for enjoying this lovely outside space. The drive way leads up to the garage and in the garage is the ping pong table and a couple of fridge freezers for keeping drinks and ice creams in for use around the pool. There is space for a least 2 cars on the drive for off street parking.

Luz village still retains elements of its traditional charm with cobbled streets, boutique shops, bars and restaurants and offers something for all of the family.

The historic town of Lagos is just a 10 min drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants and there are a host of good golf courses within easy reach as well as water parks and a local zoo.
