Apartment Santo Amaro is a contemporary luxury 2 bedroom apartment excellently located for the town and amenities, fully air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi, communal Gymnasium, children's pool and large pool, this apartment complex offers great facilities for all the family.

This brand new luxury 2nd floor apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master suit has an en-suite and the twin bedroom has use of the family shower room in the hall. Both bedrooms have sliding patio windows out to the balcony.

The living area of this apartment is open plan with a breakfast bar through to the kitchen, the living space has a dining table with 6 chairs and in the lounge thereb is a sofa and armchair and a large TV with DVD player with and an IPTV system with UK channels including BBC and ITV, there are patio doors from the living area out to the balcony, the balcony is really large with outside dining table and chairs and there is a large TV mounted on the outside wall and an outside lounging suite for relaxing and enjoying the weather.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and a washing machine; this is open plan through to the living area with a breakfast bar and 2 stools.

The communal areas of this apartment are located on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped gymnasium (unsupervised) for use of residents in the building, then out to the pool terrace where there is a large pool and a smaller childrens pool surrounded by sun loungers. For guests with a car there is a garage space in the lower level on the building and lift access from the garage up to the apartment. The entrance to the building has be stylishly designed to give the feel of a hotel foyer with an inside courtyard area. To enter into the building there is a secure video entry system

The beauty of these apartments are their location for being central to amenities, there are a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk, cafes and restaurants local to the area are also within a few minutes walk and about a 10-15 minute walk to the historical centre of Lagos and about a 20 minute walk to the Marina de Lagos.

Lagos is a very historic town that has been largely extended over recent years and offers a perfect destination for holiday's, the Santo Amaro apartment is located just on the outskirts of the main centre of Lagos about a 10-15 minute walk. The Marina da Lagos is about 15 minutes away and offers an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants while you watch the boats come and go. There are a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk from the apartment and a some local restaurants if you don't want to venture too far. You can walk to the Meia Praia beach by either going over to the Marina and walking along towards the beach Bar Linda or you can catch a small ferry for about a 70 cents each way from the town centre to the Meia Praia beach.
