Edificio Aquarium is excellently located close to the Marina de Lagos and the Meia Praia Beach with its miles of golden sand, beach bars and restaurants. The Aquarium apartments offer a heated inside pool, a steam cubicle and a good size outside pool. The walk to Lagos marina is only a few minutes and the beach is about a 10 minutes walk. This Penthouse apartment is located on the corner and offers stunning views over towards the Meia Praia and the ocean to one side and the town of Lagos on the other, there is a large private roof terrace accessed by stairs located internally in the apartment.

Aquarium Amoya Penthouse is a luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is a lovely open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 6 people, the living room has an L shaped sofa with seating for all the family with a large flat screen TV with some UK and international channels on the satellite system. There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment there is also a Wi-Fi booster to the roof terrace so you can get online throughout.

There are patio doors from the living area that lead out to the balcony that boast some stunning views toward the Meia Praia beach and the ocean, there are mosquito nets on the sliding windows if you wish to let in some fresh air, there is also air-conditioning for the hotter months and heating for the cooler months.

Both bedrooms are along the corridor from the entrance hall, the first bedroom has a double bed and patio doors with a mosquito net out to the balcony, air-conditioning and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a king size bed, patio doors leading out to the balcony with mosquito nets, air-conditioning and built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have electric black out blinds and lovely views towards the Meia Praia beach and ocean.

Also in the entrance hall there are stairs leading up to the private roof terrace, this is an amazing private terrace solely for the use of the apartment Amoya guests, with a couple of sun loungers, outside dining table with 4 chairs a Webber gas BBQ, mini fridge and sink for outside alfresco dining, there is also a small office in a glassed in area to the back of the terrace with Wi-Fi access for anyone who may need to work? The roof terrace does get the sun throughout the year, with a covered area for some shelter.

The pool area is located from a separate entrance door than the one to the apartment block and offers an outdoor pool, indoor pool heated between November to March and a communal heated Jacuzzi pool, there is also a steam cubicle available for use. Both pools are salt water.

The apartment is situated only about a 5 minute walk from the Marina de Lagos and the Meia Praia beach is about a 10 minute walk away, from the Marina it’s only a short walk over to the town centre with its bustling cobbled streets offering an abundance of choice with restaurants and cafes / bars.
