The Encosta da Marina 1-G apartment is a luxury 2 Bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. Brand-new and tastefully furnished, its south-facing balcony offers far-reaching views over the pool and roof-tops, towards the Marina, the town of Lagos and glimpses of the sea.

The apartment offers 2 generously sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has patio doors out to the back terrace with a table and chairs for relaxing, the twin bedroom also has air-conditioning and patio doors that lead out to the back terrace of the apartment. There is a second bathroom in the hall with a shower, w/c and sink for the use of the guests in the second bedroom.

Through to the living area this is a large open plan space with sofa, dining table and chairs, WiFi and TV with some Uk channels available. The living room opens through to the kitchen with sliding doors that can make the space open plan or close them if you wish to the kitchen to be closed away. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwaher, oven and a gas hob, perfect for a self catering holiday.

There is a lovley terrace off from the living room and kitchen, with outside sofa and chairs, a dining table and chairs for outside dining with a view accross the complex towards the town and the sea.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
