Villa Jac is a deluxe 4 bedroom villa situated in the popular Porto do Mos area. The villa sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi. There is a games area with ping pong table and a cinema room on the lower level of the villa. Large 12 meter pool in private gardens. Perfect for a luxury getaway.

This expansive villa offers something for all the family, from the large entrance hall you can access the living room, this is more of an adult living room with opulent furnishings and a dining table for 6 people, there is no TV in this living space, back out to the hall and through the kitchen is a second living area, the sun room, this has a large 50 inch TV and DVD player with UK television available and access out to the pool and garden area. There is a third living space on the lower level of the villa with a cinema room, bar (no drinks included) and a ping pong table, the Cinema room has a very large TV connected to a DVD Blue ray device and there is a library of films to choose from or you can bring your own.

The Kitchen is also on the main level of the villa and has an oven, microwave oven, large American style fridge freezer and all modern appliances and utensils for a self-catering holiday.

There are 4 bedrooms available, on the first floor of the villa there is a Master Double room with en-suite family bathroom and patio doors that lead out to a terrace with a table and chairs. The second bedroom is also a double on this level with a private balcony with table and chairs and with a family bathroom in the hall for the use of the occupants of this room. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground level and is also a double room with en-suite bathroom and next door is a twin bedroom with a bathroom in the hall.

The outside of the villa is stunning with lawn areas, patios and large 12 meter pool, there is a raised sunbathing area just off from the pool with loungers and seating area, a large gas BBQ.
Porto do Mos beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, this lovely golden sandy beach with 2 beach bar / restaurants open day and night, during the summer months there is shade hire, pedalo’s and kayak hire are also available in the summer months.
