Villa Vista Bonita is a delightful 3 bedroom villa, situated only 150 meters from the glorious Meia Praia beach, with views from the first floor terrace over towards Lagos and the sea its perfect for a relaxing family holiday. There is a private kidney shaped pool approximately 8 x 4 meters, an outside kitchen and lounging area and sun deck with a 2 seater lounger looking over the pool and gardens, the villa itself is charming and traditional with all modern appliances.

This charming semi detached villa is superbly located within a 5 minute walk to the Meia Praia beach, 20 minutes by foot to Lagos Marina with an abundance of bars and restaurants available.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all the bedrooms are on the lower level and have air-conditioning, the master suite has a king size bed with patio doors out to the pool terrace, a corridor through to the en-suite is lined with wardrobe space, the bathroom is tiled in traditional Portuguese style, with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and patio doors out to the pool terrace, in the hall from the bedrooms is a second bathroom, also decorated in traditional Portuguese tiles, this bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and has 2 doors on either end, the second door enters in to the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and patio doors out to the side of the villa, this can also be used as the entrance to the room from outside.

Upstairs you find the lovely open plan living and dining area with duel aspect windows letting in plenty of light, the patio doors lead onto the first floor terrace with stunning views over towards the ocean and the Meia Praia beach, there is outside seating and a rattan table and chairs to enjoying the view morning, noon and night. The living space has plenty of seating for a family of 6, there is Wi-Fi and television service offering a selection of UK channels, from the living room there is a kitchen that is well equipped with plenty of utensils, crockery, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The most spectacular area of this villa is the outside pool terrace, there is a large undercover area with an outside kitchen that offers all amenities even down to a second dishwasher, fridge, freezer, sink and a built in coal BBQ, and outside crockery to save going up to the main kitchen when enjoying a day by the pool.

The villa is located in a lovely quiet area at the end of a cul de sac, there is parking available on the drive or in the parking bays outside.
The villa is south facing so you will have sun all day on all the terraces and pool area.

If you want to go to the beach, or the beach bars and restaurants, there is a pathway through the urbanisation from the villa this is only 150 meters from the villa to the beach and offers 5 kilometres of golden sand.
