Marina Village 4F is a luxury top floor apartment is located in an excellent position just behind Lagos Marina with stunning panoramic views across Lagos. The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living area with patio doors out to the terrace with a view of the pool, the ocean and Lagos. A perfect spot for a family holiday in the sun.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (top) and has elevator or stair case for access. You enter into the apartment to a large hall way that leads to all rooms.

The living room is a large open plan space with a dining table and 6 chairs, there is a lounge area with a large smart TV with, Apple TV available and some UK speaking channels, there is also a Bluetooth sound bar for playing music. The living area has patio doors that let in an abundance of light and enter out to the balcony, the balcony offers panoramic views over towards the town, and sea, you can also clearly see the pool and garden area from the balcony, its west facing so enjoys the afternoon / early evening sun, perfect for alfresco dining on the outside dining table and chairs, there is also an electric BBQ available.

From the living room there is an open view through to the kitchen, this is a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a good selection of kitchen wares, there's an oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The communal areas of this apartment are well maintained with a lovely matured garden and pool area, the pool offers a large adult pool and there is also a smaller children's pool, the pool is surrounded with wood decking, there are paths that lead down through the gardens there a lovely area of pine trees perfect for children to play around and offering a shaded area, the paths through this area also lead down to a gate that leads out of the condo towards the marina and Pingo Doce supermarket both are only a 10 minute walk away.

Nearest shop: Pingo Doce is 10 minutes walk away and is perfect for that essential first shop. However there is a small shop at the front of the Marina Park complex about 5 minutes away for daily necessities.
Nearest restaurant: The Marina de Lagos is a 10 minute walk away and has a wide selection of restaurants specializing in international cuisine.
Nearest beach: The beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia is 10-15 minutes walk away, there is a varied selection of beach bars/restaurants that cater to all tastes.
