Vivenda do Mar is split on two levels, the first floor is where the main living room is located to make the most of the beautiful seas views that is visible through the palms in the garden, you enter into the property through the electric gates, up the drive to the front door. The front door opens into the large entrance hall on the first floor, straight in front of you there are double doors into the living room, the right side of this large room is designated to the lounge area and the left side of the room has a lovely large mahogany dining table for inside dining, this room has large glass patio doors to let in an abundance of light and make the most of the views, the patio doors lead out to the main terrace with outside table for some alfresco dining there is a ceiling fan above this table for hot days and balmy evenings. There are also a couple of sun loungers on the top terrace and a stair way that leads down to the pool.

The first floor is also where the kitchen is located, this is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, there is also a wine cooler and washing machine and dryer available, this kitchen has cook wares, crockery and utensils to accommodate a families self catering needs.

The master suite is also on the first floor level of the house, this room has a king size bed, dressing table and built in wardrobes, the en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and w/c. The bedroom has patio doors that lead out to the terrace and boasts lovely views.

Downstairs is where the other 3 bedrooms are situated to the right down stairs there is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower, double sink and w/c, There are patio doors from this room out to the pool and garden, the second bedroom on the ground level is a double with a king size bed, en-suite shower room with basin and w/c, and patio doors out to the pool and garden, the last bedroom is another double with a king bed , built in wardrobes, en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and patio doors out to the pool and garden.
All the bedrooms and living area are fully air-conditioned and the bedrooms all have electric black out roll down blinds.

The outside of this villa is spectacular with a matured tropical garden, lawned areas, patio areas and a large 10 x 5 meter pool with a small round jacuzzi pool that has a waterfall feature running into the main pool. Both the pool ad jacuzzi can be heated for an extra fee. There are 6 sun loungers on the pool terrace and another outside ceiling fan for those hot days. The other 2 loungers are on the first floor terrace to accommodate 8 people. The extensive garden also offers a pond and lawn for little ones to play. The property is secure with the electric gate entry.

Reserva da Luz is located just outside the main centre of Praia da Luz, the beach is about 2 kilometres from the villa and can be walked in about 20 minutes.

Luz village still retains its traditional charm with cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants and offers something for all the family. The historic town of Lagos is just a 10 minute drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants. There are also many golf courses within easy reach as well as water parks and a local zoo.
