Casa Atalaia is a lovely modern villa situated in the desirable location of Atalaia, close to Boa Vista Golf and the Porto do Mos Beach, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private swimming pool and a lovely outside dining area for those balmy summer evenings. A perfect holiday villa in the sun for all the family.

Casa Atalaia is split over 3 levels, the villa enters into an entrance hall, a few steps up to the living area, this is a lovely open space with living room with seating for the family and a smart TV, a dining table with 6 chairs and there are large patio doors out to the first floor terrace with additional outside sofas and this looks down towards the pool, around the terrace there is an additional outside dining area with BBQ and outside kitchen space with a small fridge and sink. There is a stair case from the terrace down to the pool area.

The kitchen is also in the open plan living area, its well equipped with all modern appliances and utensils to cater for the whole family, the kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is also available an iron and ironing board.

Up one level and you have 3 bedrooms, all the bedrooms on this floor are double rooms, the master suite has an en-suite bathroom and there is another large family bathroom for the other 2 rooms to share. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and patio doors out to a terrace.
The 4th bedroom is on the lower level of the villa and is a large open room with a living space and doors that lead out to the pool area, there is a shower room and utility in this space and a w/c up a few stairs in the entrance hall for the occupants of this room. This room has twin beds, there is no air-conditioning in the twin bedroom but there is a fan available, as this room is on the lower level of the house it is naturally cleaner.

The pool area at Casa Atalaia is a lovely enclosed space with a good sized 8 x 4 meter pool, 6 sun loungers and some out side seating.

The area of Casa Atalaia is well appointed close to the Boa Vista Golf resort and the Porto do Mos beach, a car is required in this area to get around although by car its only a few minutes to the beach, town and supermarket walking would be at least 30 minutes. There are 2 local restaurants only a few minutes walk from the villa, once called Restaurant Atalaia and the other is called Restaurant da Mena. Both are open daily and are very popular.
