Extra person over 2 years is an extra €85.00 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2yrs €40.00 per week including a cot, Highchair €20.00 per week. Sunday arrival €50.00. Winter rentals from November to March include €25 euros a week electricity / gas allowance any extra usage is charged at the unit rate.

Casa Verde is a luxury villa set in a tranquil area, situated between Lagos and Praia da Luz and within easy reach of both towns. This beautiful villa offers a magnificent outside garden and pool area with an outside built in BBQ and al fresco dining space.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large open plan living room this is a perfect spot for a family holiday in the sun.

The villa opens into the main living area, this is a very large open plan room with the kitchen and living area together, there are duel aspect windows in this room, from the kitchen side of the room there are patio doors that lead out to the garden and a nice outside seating area, from the living room side of the villa there are patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The living room has a large smart TV with a few UK speaking channels. The kitchen is the other side of this room, its a large kitchen with, oven, large fridge freezer, electric over with gas hob, microwave and air fryer. There is a separate room where the washing machine is located.
Also on the ground level of the villa there is a large shower room with a walk in shower, sink and bidet.

The first floor of the villa is where all the bedrooms are located, the first 2 bedrooms at the top of the stairs and both air-conditioned and lead out to the shared terrace, they both have use of the bathroom in the corridor, the third bedroom is on the opposite side of the corridor and has no air-conditioning and offers a fan instead, this also has use of the bathroom in the corridor with a shower, toilet and sink, the master bedroom, is air-conditioned with a small dressing area and its own ensuite shower room , you can akso access the terrace through patio doors, the terrace has a staircase up to the roof top Jacuzzi.

The outside of the house is wonderful with a large garden, several separate seating areas, the pool is a kidney shaped and surrounded with sun loungers. There is a separate outside BBQ area with outside dining table and chairs.

The villa has an electric gate entry making it secure and there is a parking for 2 cars on the drive. Praia da Luz is around a 10 - 15 minute walk away or a few minutes in the car , Lagos is a little further about 5-10 minutes in the car.
