Villa Jovi is a contemporary three-bedroom villa perfectly located near Porto de Mós Beach, within easy reach of local amenities and the charming town centre of Lagos. Stylishly furnished to a high standard, the villa features air-conditioned bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces — making it an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in the Algarve.

Accommodation
This beautiful villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a convenient ground-floor cloakroom.

• Master Suite: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and sliding doors leading to the balcony.
• Second Bedroom: Double bed with access to the shared family bathroom.
• Third Bedroom: Twin beds sharing the family bathroom.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with sliding doors opening onto the balcony. Mosquito screens allow for fresh air circulation while keeping the villa comfortable and insect-free.

Note: A fourth bedroom on the lower ground level is available to accommodate two additional guests. This room is included in July and August rates and available at an extra cost during other months.

Living Areas
Upon entering Villa Jovi, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area. The dining space features a table with six chairs, while the lounge offers comfortable seating around a smart TV. Large sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the terrace, garden, and pool area. Electric shutters throughout the villa ensure comfort during the warmer months and added security.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and all the utensils needed for family meals. A door at the far end leads to an outdoor area with a built-in barbecue and sink — ideal for alfresco cooking and dining.

Outdoor Space
Villa Jovi’s exterior is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The private 5m x 10m swimming pool is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and sun terrace, complete with eight loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs — perfect for enjoying the Algarve sunshine. Secure off-street parking is available through electric gates.

The villa’s convenient location provides easy access to everything Lagos has to offer:

• Nearest Supermarket: Intermarché – approximately 10 minutes on foot, offering a wide variety of goods including international brands.
• Nearest Beach: Praia do Porto de Mós – around a 20–25 minute walk, featuring two excellent beachfront restaurants.
• Town Centre: Lagos’ historic heart is just a 20–25 minute walk away.

While a car is recommended for exploring the region, many amenities are within walking distance.
