From its elevated position on the hill above the Marina this apartment ,on the 2nd floor with lift or stair access and has fantastic sea views over Lagos Bay. This condominium boasts lovely grounds with a large infinity pool, children's pool and a tennis court. Free Wi-Fi

Finished and furnished to a high standard. The large open planned lounge and dining room has satellite TV and a balcony with outdoor dining furniture.

There is a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and patio windows that make the most of the great views. The second bedroom has twin beds fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room.

The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and washing machine and has door that leads out to the balcony which looks out over the pool towards the sea.

In the private well landscaped and maintained gardens you will find the large shared swimming pool and tennis court. There is good security including a video entry phone and electronic gates. There is also a shallow children's pool.

The apartment is situated on the hill above the Marina, overlooking Meia Praia, the Marina which is only about a 5 to 10 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities available.

Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
