Extra person over 2 years is an extra £70 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2 yrs £30 per week including a cot, Highchair £15.00 per week, Sunday arrival £30.00 per week. November to March rates include €25 towards amenities, extra usage over this amount will be charged at the local rate. Reduced winter rates available for long stays.



Dunas do Mar is a beautiful luxury apartment complex situated in a prime location, close to the Meia Praia Beach, the Marina de Lagos and the centre of the historic town of Lagos all within a 5-15 minute walk.

This two bedroom apartment has a lovely large private terrace with built in BBQ and views over towards the town or sea with outdoor furniture for some al fresco dining.

There is a spacious living area with seating for all the family and dining area, IPTV system with BBC and ITV channels and Sports channels a DVD player and air-conditioning, the patio doors from the living area open out to the terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with twin beds and use of the second house bathroom, both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The fully equipped kitchen is situated off from the entrance hall with dishwasher, washing machine and all modern appliances.

The lovely spacious pool area is well equipped with sun loungers, there is a large shared pool in the centre of the terrace and a smaller childrens pool, and there are covered cabana style areas plus outside toilet facilities.

Some of our apartments are situated on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool area.
The apartments are situated between the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest shop: Pingo Doce is 10 minutes walk away for all your essentials.
Nearest restaurant: A typical Portuguese restaurant Bom Pecedo is a 2 minute walk (they do a great lunch special). Carry on walking and you will come across the marina de Lagos which hosts a variety of restaurants specializing in international cuisine.
Nearest beach: Meia Praia is just a 10 minute walk away, it is well supervised during the summer season and there is a diverse array of restaurants and water sports.
