This luxury 5 bedroom villa is situated in the popular area of Montinhos da Luz. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also offers pool heating for a small extra charge. Casa Matelou has been furnished to a high standard throughout and offers everything you would need for a fantastic family holiday in the sun.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom which is classed as an annex room, the first of the bedrooms is a twin room with patio doors leading out to the outside terrace with an en-suite bathroom, the second room has a king size bed also with en-suite facilities, this room has an adjoining door thorough to the annex room with twin beds and a sofa (this can be used as a sofa bed to accommodate an extra child) and a small kitchenette. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms both with en-suite facilities one double room and one twin, these rooms both lead out onto a balcony which overlooks the pool.

The kitchen and living areas are both on the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances from microwave to dishwasher and all the usual utensils. There is also a back door from the kitchen out to the side terrace.

The lounge / dining area is spacious and provides seating for all the family, there is a wide screen TV with satellite channels including BBC & ITV and a DVD player, the lounge and dining room lead out to the pool which is approximately 6 x 12 meters and surrounded by sun loungers, there is also a covered BBQ cabana for some alfresco dining.

To the front of the villa there is a driveway for off street parking and a lovely garden area. The entrance to the villa is gated for security and to stop little ones from getting out un assisted.

Luz village still retains some of its traditional charm with cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants and offers something for all the family. The historic town of Lagos is just a 10 minute drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants. There are also many golf courses within easy reach as well as water parks and a local zoo.
