Villa Vista do Montanha is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, The villa is well situated in the desirable are of Calicias in a small urbanisation only a few kilometres from Lagos and the beach. Positioned on a cul de sac road with no through traffic.

Villa Vista Montanha has been tastefully decorated villa, from the front door you enter into the porch which opens into the living area with dining table and seating for 6 people, there is a Smart TV with an IPTV service offering some Portuguese channels and UK, BBC and ITV channels, the villa offers wireless Fibre internet throughout.
From the living area there are two patio doors leading out to the pool area with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Double Oven, fridge freezer & microwave along with all modern utensils.

There are three bedrooms one on the ground floor with a king size bed and use of a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, W/C, sink and bidet, the master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed and patio doors onto a small balcony, built in wardrobe and a safe, the third bedroom with twin beds is also upstairs the 2 single beds can be zip locked together to make a super king bed if needed, and this room also has a small balcony, there is a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower; all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a large back sun terrace on the top floor with great views over towards the Monchique Mountain and this gets late afternoon sun.

The pool is 8 x 4 meters and south east facing for all day sunshine. There is a built in BBQ and bread oven by the pool and an enclosed back yard and off street parking. There are electric gates making the villa secure from the road.

There is a restaurant in the development over from the urbanisation called Jardim da Meia Praia, the 'Destinos' restaurant is open to the public and is great for those nights when you don't want to drive to the town.

The villa is situated in the small peaceful development of Vila do Infante, Calicas, above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is a few minutes drive away and offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the center of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also a few minutes drive or you can walk to it in approximately 15 minutes the Meia Praia beach offers a variety of water sport activities, there are also several beach bars and restaurants.
Palmares Golf course is only a few minutes by car, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are about a 5 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.
