Winter rentals from November to March weekly rates include €25 euros a week electricity / gas allowance any extra usage is charged at the unit rate.

Quinta da Abrotea is an excellently appointed 1 bedroom apartment, close to amenities and only a 15 - 20 minute walk into the historic town centre of Lagos. There are several large supermarkets in the area also for stocking up on essentials.

The apartment complex offers a lovely large pool that is surrounded by terraces and sun loungers. The apartment itself has been decorated to a high standard and offers all modern essentials, such as Air-conditioning / heating system, Wi-Fi and a modern kitchen.


The living area has 2 sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs, there is a TV with an android TV system run through the internet offering BBC and ITV channels. The Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment; there is a small terrace off from the lounge with an outside table and chairs. The view from the balcony is over the local area towards the town of Lagos.


There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and all modern utensils.


The bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes, there is a balcony off from the bedroom that also looks out over the local area and towards the town with a glimpse of the sea in the distance.


The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and is located next to the bedroom in the main entrance hall of the apartment.


To access the pool area for the complex you can go down the 3 floors either by stairs or in the lift to the ground level and through a door out to the terrace and pool and this apartment has available its own sun loungers for the occupants of the apartment, there are also toilet facilities by the pool.


The location is Abrotea close to the Cerro das Mos area on the outskirts of Lagos there is an Aldi and Continente supermarket both within a few minutes walk, to get to the centre of Lagos you will pass by several local restaurants and cafes and taxis back from the centre if required would be around 5 euros. This is a great base for exploring Lagos, the closest beach would be the Meia Praia and this would take about 20 -30 minutes to walk.

Nearest beach: The beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia is a 45 minute walk and a 10 minute drive away. Along the white sands there are many restaurants/beach bars serving a variety of different menus.
