The Encosta da Marina 3-I apartment is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Brand-new, it is excellently located on the 3rd floor of the complex, and the south-facing balcony has far-reaching views over the pool and roof-tops, towards the Marina, the town of Lagos, and glimpses of the sea.

From its elevated position, you can enjoy the lovely views from the large balcony which has a built-in BBQ and plenty of space for outside dining for all the family. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available and included in this rental apartment. The Marina de Lagos, which has an abundance of bars and restaurants, is a short 5 minute walk away, and from here there is a foot-bridge into the old town of Lagos.

The building is equipped with a lift, and from the outside landing the apartment opens into an entrance hall and off to the right there are 2 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. There is a security safe in the built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds and a shower room just outside in the hallway. Both bedrooms open onto a secure rear balcony, and the doors can be left open to create a natural airflow through the apartment.

The living room is a large open plan space with dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas and patio doors out to the balcony. There is a 40inch flat screen TV with an IPTV service offering most UK television channels, (including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports) and many other European channels. The Wi-Fi internet service is available throughout the apartment. There are also sliding double doors between the living area and the kitchen; these can be closed to section off the kitchen area, or left open to make the kitchen open-plan with the living area.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is well stocked with crockery and glasses and there is also a coffee machine. There is a patio door from the kitchen out to the balcony, which has a built in BBQ and outside dining for all the family. The views from the balcony are lovely, looking out over the complex pool area and the roof-tops towards the Marina and town of Lagos.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach. The Marina, only a 5 minute walk away, offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, some of which have live entertainment . After a short walk over the footbridge, you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The lovely, golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is a 10 minute walk away. There is a variety of boat trips and water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina de Lagos.

Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there is a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
