Vista Oceano is a brand new contemporary apartment located in the desirable Porto do Mos area, this top floor apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan living area and terrace with sea views.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building, you enter into the open plan living area with dining table for up to 6 people, 2 sofas around the TV with an IPTV service showing all BBC and ITV channels along with many more, there is also a Wi-Fi service throughout the apartment. The living area opens out to the lovely covered balcony with a couple of sun loungers and an outside dining table and chairs, this is a lovely terrace with sea views over towards the Atlantic. The main balcony faces East and gets the morning sun but if you like all day sunshine you have a the communal roof terrace with a Jacuzzi only one floor above your apartment or there is a smaller back balcony facing east for late sun off from the kitchen and twin bedroom.

The Kitchen is also in the open plan living area this is a well equipped kitchen with, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, and the apartment is equipped for a self-catering holiday with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. From the kitchen there is a door that leads out to the back terrace, there are a couple of chairs here for enjoying the afternoon sun.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master suite has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, the sliding patio doors from this bedroom lead out to the main covered front balcony, the twin bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has patio doors out to the second smaller balcony that gets the afternoion sun. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and black out blinds on the windows.

The communal areas for this apartment building are split between the main pool and terrace on the ground floor and the roof terrace with the Jacuzzi, the roof terrace offers spectacular views across towards the ocean and offers all day sun, the pool terrace is east facing getting the morning sun.

The Porto do Mos beach is only about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, there are 2 wonderful beach bar / resturants they are open day and night all year round, if you don’t wish to hire a car you can get to the town by bus from the beach area and the buses run regularly throughout the day.


The apartment is situated in the area of Porto do Mos the expansive golden sandy beach of Porto do Mos is about a 5 minute walk away with a couple of really good restaurants, a few minutes in the car and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets.

Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 10 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest shop: For all your essentials, Intermarche is 25 minute walk/4 minute drive. There are smaller stores closer by, SuperEureka is great for every day necessities and is a 20 minute walk.
Nearest restaurant: Lovely and serving great Portuguese food, Antonio's is welcoming and open all year round catering for families and groups of all sizes. It is situated on the picturesque Praia do Porto do Mos 5 minutes away by foot.
