Condominium do Mar is a great complex close to the Meia Praia beach and the Marina da Lagos, this delightful 1 bedroom apartment is on the top floor with amazing views across Lagos with a small terrace with table and chairs for 2 and a built in BBQ. there is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, the one bedroom has 2 large single beds (small doubles). There is a communal pool with a small children's pool and a lawn area for playing. This is perfect if you want to be close to amenities and the beach for a great holiday, only 5 minutes walk to the Marina da Lagos.

Condominium do Mar 5A has a nice sized open plan living area with a breakfast bar through to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room has patio doors out to the terrace that commands amazing views over towards Lagos and the Meia Praia beach, there is a table and chairs to enjoy some alfresco dining on the terrace and a built in BBQ, the living room also has air-conditioning.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, cooker, electric hob and microwave and all crockery and amenities for a self-catering holiday.

The bedroom is on the front of the apartment and also opens out to the front terrace, the large patio windows let in an abundance of light but there are black out roll down blinds for in the evening. There are 2 small double beds in the bedroom and air-conditioning along with fitted wardrobes.

The outside pool area has a large pool and a smaller childrens pool, sunloungers and a lawned area in the front of the building.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away and offers a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianized streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
